jllodi Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Player Should Know

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the jllodi platform at jllodi.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and jllodi. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not create an account or continue using the platform.

jllodi reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any change means you accept the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly. We will do our best to notify registered players when significant changes are made, but please do not rely solely on that notification — checking back here is the safest approach.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and play on jllodi, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid, working contact number or email address.

• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party when registering or funding an account.

3. Account Responsibilities

Your jllodi account is personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs within your account, whether or not you authorised it. Treat your login credentials with the same care you would give your banking details.

• Log out after every session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use elsewhere.
• Notify jllodi support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not allow minors to access your device while your jllodi account is logged in.

jllodi will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the breach occurred because a player shared credentials, failed to secure their device, or ignored reasonable security practices. We strongly encourage you to enable any additional verification options available in your account settings.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

jllodi supports a range of Philippine payment methods including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, and online banking through BDO, BPI, and UnionBank. Eligible Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards may also be accepted. All balances and transactions on jllodi are denominated in Philippine pesos (₱).

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. jllodi does not accept third-party funding.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jllodi and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering with false identity information or impersonating another individual.
• Using jllodi accounts for money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine financial regulations.
• Accessing the platform through a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographical or account restrictions.
• Opening duplicate accounts or assisting others in circumventing a suspension or self-exclusion.
• Conducting any form of commercial or professional gambling operation through a personal jllodi account.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or extract proprietary software, game logic, or data from jllodi systems.
• Using jllodi systems to transmit spam, malicious code, or unsolicited commercial communications.

8. Suspension and Termination

jllodi may suspend or close an account at its discretion where there is reasonable belief that a violation of these terms has occurred, where account security is at risk, where a regulatory obligation requires it, or where a player requests closure through the responsible gaming process.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms, jllodi reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation and to recover any funds obtained through prohibited activity. In cases where no breach is found, balances will be returned to the verified owner through the standard withdrawal process.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. jllodi will process genuine closure requests promptly and will not retain your personal data beyond the legally required period.

9. Limitation of Liability

jllodi provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or events beyond jllodi's reasonable control may affect availability. jllodi will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly and to communicate downtime in advance where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jllodi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to losses from technical failures, delayed transactions, or decisions made by the player based on information displayed on the platform.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

10. Amendments to These Terms

jllodi may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect as soon as the updated terms are published on this page. Where changes are material, jllodi will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform message. However, we recommend reviewing this page periodically regardless of notifications, particularly before making a significant deposit or claiming a new promotion.

Using jllodi after updated terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with a revision, stop using the platform and contact support to initiate account closure.
